BOSU/Disc

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "Before coming to Dr. Riegleman, my daughter had numerous ear infections and chronic congestion. There was talk from her pediatrician about eventually putting tubes in her ears to help with the problem. Since our family has been getting regular adjustments, our daughter has not had to be on antibiotics at all for ear infections and her congestion had diminished. Our son has also benefited greatly from regular chiropractic care. He had a problem with bedwetting, but after some adjustments that stopped and he has not had to wear pull-ups to bed ever since. Our family has been so much less reliant on antibiotics and other medication since we've been getting regular chiropractic care."
